 Prompt: The film shows people wearing masks to fit in, and the pressure breaks the main character when she walks through the hallway and every mask around her forces the same blank smile. Her struggle shows how hard it feels to hold your identity when everyone pushes you to match them. “I, Too” connects because the speaker refuses to hide his identity, the same choice the girl makes when she removes her mask. My own mask would reveal a part of my identity I want others to notice, like my values or my culture.
