Write about a dream that felt real.

Prompt: I had a dream that felt really real. I was walking outside, and everything looked bright and calm. Then I saw an old friend I hadn’t seen in a long time. We started talking and laughing like we used to. I could even feel the hug when we said hi. Then the sky suddenly got dark, and I felt scared, like something big was about to happen. Before I could ask what was going on, I woke up. It felt so real that I had to sit up and make sure it was just a dream.

Summary: Today we got new vocab words and did a newsela.

Reflection: I learned 15 new vocab words.
